Scholarship Eligibility for the year 2024 ​

This year’s scholarship opportunity is exclusively open to final year students from the following institutions:

  • Faculty of Environmental Science,  FED POLY EDE
  • Faculty of Social Science, OOU
  • Faculty of Management Science, LAUTECH
  • Faculty of Environmental Science, YCT

These are the steps for selections into the 2024 scholarship cohorts

These are the steps for selections into the 2024 scholarship cohorts 

1.Call for Application:
Eligible students are to apply for the scholarship program. You are expected to Fill out the form and add all required documentation, as per the instructions provided. Ensure the form is filled in correctly and submitted before the deadline.

2. Verification and Selection:
Students bio data and Actual grades would be verified by school authorities.

Applications submitted by Students, whose submission matches the verification done by the school will be graded and selection would be made.

3. Scholarship Award Event:

An event will be organized where the selected awardees will be announced. All applicants are expected to attend this event. 

This year, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be recognizing the exceptional efforts of our lecturers. Each faculty will have the opportunity to nominate two top lecturers for special awards. These lecturers would be selected through votes submitted by Applicants.

4. Disbursement:

The selected students’ fees will be deposited directly into the school’s account.

5. Enrollment of Awardees into the Virtual Job Readiness and Entrepreneurship program. This program will equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the professional world.

Samson Soyebi Mentorship Program 2024 Faculty ​

We focus on helping students create personal development plans by identifying strengths, weaknesses, and interests. We teach effective communication skills, goal setting techniques, and enhance critical thinking abilities. Job readiness is also a key component, with guidance on writing standout applications and interview preparation. It’s a comprehensive program designed to equip students with essential skills for success.
